Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities of companies principally engaged in alternative and renewable energy, energy efficiency, pollution control, water infrastructure, waste and recycling technologies, or other environmental support services. It may invest in firms tied to solar, wind, biofuels, hydropower, geothermal, or power storage; energy-efficient home or building design and insulation, heating/cooling, lighting, or appliances; fuel-efficient transportation such as hybrid and electric vehicles, railways, or other alternative-energy equipment; emissions control; water distribution, purification, and wastewater treatment or reclamation; food, agriculture, and aquaculture; and waste management and recycling. It invests primarily in common stocks of domestic and foreign issuers, may use derivatives within its 80% policy, applies fundamental analysis, and uses sustainable investing exclusion criteria.
