Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities included in the Russell Midcap Index, which is a market capitalization-weighted index of medium-capitalization U.S. company stocks. Effective December 11, 2025, the fund's investment policy will include derivative instruments that provide investment exposure to the mentioned securities or to one or more market risk factors associated with such investments as part of the 80% allocation. Additionally, the fund engages in lending securities to earn income, further enhancing its investment strategy while adhering to its investment policies and limitations related to derivatives.
