Fund Description

The fund typically allocates at least 80% of its assets to stocks, encompassing common and preferred stocks, as well as depositary receipts. It focuses primarily on common stocks and maintains a portfolio of 30-80 stocks, investing in both domestic and foreign issuers. The strategy embraces growth equities, value equities, or a combination of both, employing fundamental analysis to evaluate each issuer's financial condition, industry position, and prevailing market and economic conditions. Effective December 11, 2025, the fund will also include derivative instruments that offer exposure to its core investments or associated market risk factors within its 80% policy, aligning with its investment objectives and limitations.
