Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities included in the Fidelity Global ex U.S. Index and in depositary receipts representing these securities. This index is a float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted benchmark reflecting the performance of non-U.S. large- and mid-cap stocks. Effective December 11, 2025, the fund will include derivative instruments that provide investment exposure to these assets or to associated market risk factors in its 80% policy. The fund employs statistical sampling techniques considering factors such as capitalization, industry exposures, and other financial metrics to replicate the index's returns. Additionally, it engages in lending securities to generate income for the fund.
