Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets plus any borrowings (measured at purchase) in equity investments of non-U.S. issuers, seeking broad representation of large- and mid-cap companies across major countries and sectors, with some small-cap exposure. It combines quantitative techniques and a qualitative overlay to maximize after-tax return and minimize capital gains and income distributions, using themes such as Fundamental Mispricings, High Quality Business Models, Sentiment Analysis, and Market Themes & Trends, supported by proprietary models that may include ESG indicators. It invests in at least three foreign countries, may allocate among countries at the adviser's discretion, limits fixed income to cash equivalents, and is measured against the MSCI EAFE Index.
