Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes (measured at the time of purchase) in a broadly diversified portfolio of equity investments in non-U.S. issuers. It is managed using bottom-up stock selection and top-down country/currency selection, with investments economically tied to at least three countries outside the U.S. and potential exposure to emerging markets. It seeks broad representation of large- and mid-cap issuers across major countries and sectors, with some small-cap exposure, and may hold fixed income securities considered cash equivalents. It uses quantitative techniques with a qualitative overlay, guided by themes such as Fundamental Mispricings, High Quality Business Models, Sentiment Analysis, and Market Themes & Trends, incorporating a range of indicators that may include ESG factors, with discretion to deviate from models. Performance is measured against the MSCI EAFE Index (Net, USD, Unhedged).
