Fund Description

Incepted in August 2003, the fund is managed by Gartmore Mutual Fund Capital Trust. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. To achieve its objective under normal conditions the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of mid-capitalization companies (mid-cap companies). Mid cap companies are companies having a market capitalization within the range of the market capitalizations of companies included in the Russell Midcap Index at the time of investment. The fund?s investment style focuses on growth companies that are reasonably priced. The fund distributes dividends quarterly and capital gains annually.
