Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes (measured at time of purchase) in a broadly diversified portfolio of equity investments in small-cap U.S. issuers, including foreign issuers traded in the United States, and may invest outside the then-existing small-cap capitalization range. It uses quantitative management with a qualitative overlay, emphasizing fundamentally based stock selection, portfolio construction and implementation, drawing on themes such as Fundamental Mispricings, High Quality Business Models, Sentiment Analysis, and Market Themes & Trends, supported by proprietary models that may include ESG indicators. It may also invest in cash-equivalent fixed income securities and measures performance against the Russell 2000 Index.
