Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in a broadly diversified portfolio of equity investments in small-cap non-U.S. issuers, and may also invest in securities outside of the then-existing small-cap issuer capitalization range. It uses a quantitative approach with a qualitative overlay emphasizing fundamentally based stock selection, portfolio construction and implementation, drawing on themes such as Fundamental Mispricings, High Quality Business Models, Sentiment Analysis, and Market Themes & Trends, using proprietary models that may include ESG indicators. It may invest in emerging countries and cash-equivalent fixed income securities, and measures performance against the MSCI EAFE Small Cap Index (Net, USD, Unhedged).
