Fund Description

The fund invests at least 65% of its total assets in equity securities of foreign issuers located in at least three countries outside the United States that the Adviser believes are likely to have rapid growth in revenues and earnings and potential for above-average capital appreciation. Equity securities may include common and preferred stocks, convertible securities, and rights and warrants with common stock characteristics. It seeks companies with the potential to grow faster than others in their equity markets and priced at attractive valuation levels, diversifying across countries, primarily in developed markets and to a lesser extent emerging markets. Holdings may be sold if fundamentals deteriorate or the investment case changes.
