Fund Description

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in a portfolio of equity investments in large-cap U.S. issuers, including foreign issuers traded in the United States, and may also invest in securities below the then-existing large-cap threshold. It uses quantitative management with a qualitative overlay, emphasizing fundamentally based stock selection, portfolio construction and implementation, using themes such as Fundamental Mispricings, High Quality Business Models, Sentiment Analysis, and Market Themes & Trends, supported by proprietary models that may include ESG indicators. It may invest in fixed income cash equivalents, measures performance against the Russell 1000 Growth Index, and is non-diversified under the Investment Company Act.
