Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings (measured at purchase) in U.S. and non-U.S. equity or fixed income securities of energy infrastructure companies, including MLPs and C-Corps, and intends to concentrate in the energy sector. For the 80% policy, issuers include those in specified oil and gas sub-industries or with at least 50% of assets, income, sales, or profits tied to traditional or alternative midstream activities. MLP investments will not exceed 25% of total assets as measured at the time of purchase, and MLP exposure may include LPs or LLCs, C-Corp-taxed MLPs, I-Units, PIPEs, pooled vehicles, ETNs, and other instruments. The fund may invest up to 20% of Net Assets in non-energy infrastructure, including upstream and downstream issuers. Investments may be of any credit quality, duration, or capitalization size, may invest in stock, warrants and other securities of SPACs, and the fund is non-diversified. Performance is measured against the Alerian Midstream Energy Select Index (Total Return, USD, Unhedged).
