Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets plus any borrowings (at purchase) in U.S. and non-U.S. equity or fixed income securities of energy infrastructure companies, including MLPs and C-Corps, and intends to concentrate in the energy sector. MLPs will be at least 25% of total assets at purchase and may include LPs, LLCs, I-Units, PIPEs, ETNs, pooled vehicles, and other securities or derivatives providing MLP exposure. Up to 20% of its Net Assets may be invested in non-energy infrastructure investments, including equity and fixed income securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies; such investments may include issuers in the upstream and downstream sectors of the energy value chain. It may invest across credit quality, duration, and capitalization size, use derivatives generally without hedging, and invest in private, newly public, and SPAC securities. It is taxed as a C corporation and is non-diversified, and performance is measured against the Alerian MLP Index (Total Return, USD, Unhedged).
