Fund Description

The fund is a fund of funds that invests primarily in equities traded in U.S. and non-U.S. markets, including emerging markets, through investments in GMO equity funds and GMO-managed exchange-traded funds. It may also invest directly in securities (including other underlying funds) and derivatives. GMO uses quantitative multi-year return forecasts and relative risk assessments to set and adjust asset class exposures, incorporating an expectation that valuations revert to intrinsic value over a complete market cycle. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of assets in equities, may invest across market capitalizations, may lend portfolio securities, and may invest in a U.S. Treasury fund, unaffiliated money market funds, and money market-type instruments.
