Fund Description

The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of net assets plus any borrowings in a diversified portfolio of equity investments in large-cap issuers, and may also invest in companies below the then-existing large-cap threshold. It invests primarily in publicly traded U.S. securities, but may invest up to 25% of Total Assets in foreign securities, including securities of issuers in countries with emerging markets or economies and securities quoted in foreign currencies. It seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, in companies that are considered by the Investment Adviser to be positioned for long-term growth, and the fund will invest in both value and growth companies, using fundamental research that considers business quality, prospects, management and valuation, and may integrate ESG factors. It may invest up to 10% of Total Assets in fixed income securities, and is measured against the Russell 1000 Index.
