Fund Description

The fund is a disciplined U.S. equity portfolio using factor-based analysis. Under normal market circumstances, it invests at least 80% of net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities, such as common stocks, of large-cap companies tied economically to the U.S. Large-cap companies are within the market capitalization range of stocks in the Russell 1000 Index at the time of purchase. The advisor uses proprietary multi-factor computer models to select stocks identified as undervalued with good fundamentals and rising earnings expectations, ranking securities by valuation, profitability and earnings measures, and material sustainability-related criteria. The fund may actively trade securities to pursue its strategies.
