Fund Description

The fund uses factor-based analysis and, under normal market circumstances, invests at least 80% of net assets (including borrowings) in long and short positions in equity securities of public companies tied economically to the U.S. It targets stocks within the market-cap range of the Russell 3000 Index. Security selection is based on proprietary multifactor computer models and fundamental analysis, ranking securities on valuation, profitability and earnings measures, material sustainability-related criteria, and risk and portfolio characteristics. It buys securities deemed undervalued and shorts those viewed as overvalued, actively managing position sizing and trading.
