Fund Description

The fund seeks its investment objective by allocating assets among equity securities, debt securities, and money market instruments. Its sub-adviser targets 50%-70% of net assets in equities and 30%-50% in debt securities and cash instruments, and it will not normally hold more than 10% in cash or cash equivalents. The equity portion may invest across market capitalizations but tends to focus on large-cap companies similar to those in the S&P 500 Index, using fundamental analysis and potentially emphasizing one or more sectors. Debt holdings may include U.S. government and agency securities and investment-grade bonds, including corporate, mortgage-backed, asset-backed, and municipal bonds, with no specific maturity or duration limits. It may invest up to 20% in foreign and non-dollar securities.
