Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of health care-related companies worldwide selected by the sub-adviser, Wellington Management Company LLP. Wellington Management's process emphasizes stock selection through fundamental analysis and takes a broad approach to the health care sector. The fund may invest across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical delivery, medical products, medical services, managed health care, health information services and emerging health-related subsectors. Assets are allocated across major health care subsectors, typically maintaining some representation in each. It normally invests at least 25% of total assets, in aggregate, in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, medical products and health services, and may invest in companies of any market capitalization.
