Fund Description
The fund was incepted in November 2000 and is managed by Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests in equity securities, principally common and preferred stocks, of small cap companies with market capitalizations in the approximate range of $100 million to $1.5 billion at the time of initial investment. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in a diversified portfolio of small cap equity securities. Dividends and capital gains are distributed annually in December.
