Fund Description

The fund was incepted in March 1989 and is managed by Banc One Investment Advisor. The fund seeks growth of capital and secondarily, current income by investing primarily in equity securities. The fund invests in securities that have the potential to produce above-average earnings growth per share over a one-to-three year period. The fund typically invests in mid-cap companies with market capitalizations of $500 million to $10 billion at the time of investment. Typically, the fund acquires shares of established companies with a history of above-average growth, as well as those companies expected to enter periods of above-average growth. Some of the securities purchased by the fund do not pay dividends. The fund also invests in smaller companies in emerging growth industries. The fund offers dividends quarterly and capital gains annually.
