Fund Description

The fund invests in companies based in the United States and other developed markets, as well as in emerging and frontier markets. Its adviser uses fundamental research to find well-managed, financially sound, fast-growing, strongly competitive companies whose shares are reasonably priced relative to estimated value. To reduce volatility, it is diversified by geography, industry, currency, and market capitalization, and normally holds investments across at least 15 countries. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks, preferred stocks, rights, and warrants issued by companies based both inside and outside the United States, securities convertible into such securities (including Depositary Receipts), and investment companies that invest in the types of securities in which the fund would normally invest, and may use equity derivatives for some emerging markets.
