Fund Description

The fund seeks its objective by investing primarily in common stocks of small capitalization companies that its sub-adviser, Wellington Management Company LLP, believes have superior growth potential, and under normal circumstances invests at least 80% of its assets in such stocks. Wellington Management uses fundamental research to identify issuers with improving quality metrics, business momentum and attractive relative valuations, aided by a proprietary screening tool, and may at times focus in one or more sectors. Small capitalization companies are defined as those within the collective market-cap range of the Russell 2000 and S&P SmallCap 600 Indices.
