Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in common stocks of small capitalization companies, defined as those with market capitalizations within the range of the Russell 2000 Index. It may invest up to 15% of net assets in securities of foreign issuers and non-dollar securities. The sub-adviser, Wellington Management Company LLP, primarily invests in securities it believes are undervalued, using a proprietary systematic screening process combined with bottom-up fundamental analysis, with a focus on high-quality companies demonstrating a commitment to capital returns, and may emphasize one or more sectors based on market or economic conditions.
