Fund Description

The fund seeks long-term growth of capital by purchasing equity securities the Adviser believes are likely to appreciate, focusing on companies with accelerating earnings and revenue growth. It generally invests in equity securities of large-cap U.S. companies and may buy ADRs of international companies trading on U.S. exchanges, investing across industries and sectors and at times emphasizing a particular industry or sector. It invests at least 80% of net assets in large-cap companies, defined as those with market capitalizations comparable to securities held in the S&P 500 Index. The Adviser uses quantitative screens and models to select and sell holdings, and periodic rebalancing may lead to significant turnover. The fund is non-diversified.
