Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in dividend-paying equity securities and other instruments with similar economic characteristics, and may invest up to 25% in foreign securities. It may invest in securities of issuers of all capitalization sizes and may invest a substantial percentage of its assets in large-capitalization issuers. Managers seek above-market yielding stocks with financially strong companies offering consistent, sustainable dividends, while pursuing long-term capital appreciation through fundamental research focused on free cash flow over a 2-3 year targeted holding period. Risk management includes stock selection, multi-sector exposure, and disciplined buy/sell criteria.
