Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets (plus any investment borrowings) in investments it believes offer growth, income, or both, with growth defined as capital appreciation potential and income including dividends, interest, premiums, discounts, or other income sources. It invests principally in common stocks and convertible securities, emphasizing larger companies, with strategic mid-cap exposure and up to 25% in foreign issuers. It may use derivatives, including options and option writing, to reduce volatility or substitute for underlying positions, and may invest in ETFs, other investment companies, and REITs. Security selection uses intensive fundamental research and may consider ESG factors among many inputs. It may also lend securities up to 33 1/3% of total assets.
