Fund Description

The fund was incepted in October 1998 and is managed by Invesco. The fund seeks total return by primarily investing in the stocks of larger-capitalization foreign companies with a record of stable earnings or dividends and a reputation for high-quality management. Although some of its investments may be in smaller, emerging stock markets, the fund generally invests in securities that are traded on larger, more liquid international securities exchanges. The fund offers dividends and capital gains annually.
