Fund Description

The fund was incepted in April 1986 and is managed by Waddell & Reed Ivy Investment Company. The fund seeks long-term growth. Consideration of current income is secondary to this principal objective. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities principally traded in European, Pacific Basin and Latin American markets. The fund invests in countries with new or comparatively undeveloped economies. The fund distributes its dividends and capital gains annually.
