Fund Description

The fund seeks long-term capital growth by investing at least 80% of net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of non-U.S. small- or mid-capitalization companies, and may invest in companies from both developed and emerging market countries. The adviser looks for stocks viewed as undervalued relative to assets or attractively priced versus growth prospects and may emphasize sectors or regions with enhanced return opportunities. It may hedge currency risk with derivatives such as futures or forward contracts and may invest in depositary receipts, REITs, options, swaps, futures, and hybrid instruments; these may not work as intended. Derivatives are included in the 80% policy at market value.
