Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 65% of its net assets in common stocks and may invest in companies of any market capitalization, while tending to focus on medium and large companies. It uses a multiple sleeve structure in which components are managed separately using different investment styles, each with a distinct philosophy and analytical process for security selection. The sub-adviser may also add a Risk Managed Sleeve, selecting securities via systematic screening to complement other sleeves' risk biases. Sleeve allocations are flexible, and the overall approach seeks a diversified profile across philosophies, industries, and market caps. The fund may at times focus on one or more sectors and may trade actively.
