Fund Description

The fund was incepted in May 1997 and is managed by John C. Maxwell. The fund seeks long-term capital growth. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities including common stock, preferred stock and securities convertible into common stock) principally traded in European, Pacific Basin and Latin American markets. Dividends and capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
