Fund Description

The fund invests in publicly traded equities of companies the Adviser believes are positioned for growth from advances in technology, communications, globalism or innovative management, and can create value through original thinking. It considers companies across developed stock markets worldwide and may also invest in emerging stock markets as defined by major institutions or widely recognized emerging market indexes. The portfolio normally holds around 35 approximately equal-weight positions and may invest across all market capitalizations. It expects at least 40% of assets in global securities, and while denominated in U.S. dollars, may hold foreign-currency investments. For temporary defensive purposes, it may invest any portion of assets in cash and cash equivalents, including money market funds.
