Fund Description

Incepted in September 1993, this fund is managed by the Janus Group. The objective of this fund is to seek long-term capital growth, consistent with preservation of capital and balanced by current income. The fund invests 40-60% of its assets in securities selected primarily for their growth potential and 40-60% of its assets in securities selected primarily for their income potential. This fund normally invests at least 25% of its assets in fixed-income senior securities. The fund offers dividends on a quarterly basis in March, June, September and December. The fund offers capital gains annually in December.
