Fund Description

The fund seeks growth by normally investing in a portfolio of 30-40 common stocks selected for their growth potential. It may invest in companies of any size but invests primarily in larger, well-established companies, and may also invest in foreign securities. Classified as nondiversified, it may hold larger positions in more securities compared to a fund that is classified as diversified. Management uses a bottom-up, fundamentals-driven approach assessing sustainable competitive advantages, long-term growth potential, and shareholder value, and may sell if financials deteriorate, the thesis changes, or a holding exceeds targeted value. It may lend securities up to one-third of total assets.
