Fund Description

The fund seeks its objective primarily by investing in common stocks of companies of any size worldwide, from larger established firms to smaller emerging growth companies. It typically invests at least 40% of net assets in securities economically tied to countries outside the United States, with foreign exposure partly influenced by the MSCI World Index and therefore subject to fluctuation. A central equity research team builds high-conviction ideas using bottom-up fundamental analysis, quantitative modeling, and valuation work; sector sleeves are combined into the overall portfolio with oversight to manage unintended style risks. It is expected to be broadly diversified and intends to be fully invested, though it may hold cash if sufficient high-conviction opportunities are lacking. Management also considers financially material ESG factors and may lend securities up to one-third of total assets.
