Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of U.S. companies, primarily common stocks in the S&P 500 Index, and may also hold securities outside the index. Sector weightings are similar to the S&P 500, while within sectors it modestly overweights stocks viewed as undervalued or fairly valued and underweights or avoids those viewed as overvalued. It may use derivatives, primarily futures, to gain targeted equity exposure from cash positions. The adviser uses a three-step research, valuation and stock-selection process that also assesses ESG factors.
