Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its Assets in equity securities of U.S. companies, primarily common stocks of large- and mid-cap U.S. issuers, and may invest up to 20% in foreign common stocks, including depositary receipts. It focuses on equities it considers attractively valued and seeks to outperform its Benchmark through stock selection. The adviser uses a three-step process combining research, valuation and stock selection, ranking companies within sector groups by relative value and considering ESG factors to identify financially material opportunities and risks. The fund may use derivatives, primarily futures, to gain targeted equity exposure from cash positions.
