Fund Description

The fund has significant flexibility in achieving its investment goals by investing in a diverse array of income-producing securities, including both debt and equity across global developed and emerging markets. It may concentrate its investments in specific countries and opportunistically allocate assets among various strategies and asset classes. The fund can invest up to 100% of its assets in debt securities, with a maximum of 70% in below investment grade securities. It can also allocate up to 60% in equity securities and utilize derivatives for risk management and income generation. Additionally, the fund may invest in other mutual funds, ETFs, and engage in lending agreements within the J.P. Morgan Funds framework.
