Fund Description

The fund seeks its objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of companies expected to benefit significantly from advances or improvements in technology, including firms developing technology-driven products, processes, or services and those that rely extensively on technology. It invests primarily in equity securities of U.S. and foreign companies selected for growth potential, typically maintaining at least 40% in issuers economically tied to countries outside the U.S., and may have emerging markets exposure and invest in IPOs. Management uses a bottom-up, fundamental approach, considers financially material ESG factors, may lend securities up to one-third of total assets, and may sell when the thesis changes or a position exceeds targeted value.
