Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity investments of U.S.-located large- and mid-cap companies, defined at purchase as over $10 billion and $1 billion to $10 billion in market capitalization, respectively. It is actively managed using a bottom-up GARP approach, seeking high quality growth companies with strong fundamentals and attractive valuations based on proprietary fundamental research and data analysis, including earnings and cash flow, generally within the Russell 1000 Growth Index. It primarily holds common stocks and REITs, may use derivatives and futures for exposure, liquidity, and cash-flow management, considers ESG factors, and is non-diversified.
