Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity investments tied economically to the United States, including issuers organized or principally based in the U.S., securities traded principally in the U.S., or issuers with at least 50% of revenues/profits or assets in the U.S. It invests in common stocks and other stock-related securities such as preferred stocks, convertible securities, depositary receipts, ETFs, and exchange-traded equity REITs, and may concentrate significantly in certain sectors. The manager seeks returns higher than the Russell 1000 Growth Index using a process emphasizing free cash flow margins, capital return, revenue growth, valuation, and earnings revisions, supplemented by detailed analysis and company meetings. It may trade frequently and is non-diversified.
