Fund Description

Incepted in September 1993, the fund is managed by J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc. The fund seeks to provide high total return from a portfolio of selected equity securities. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity investments of U.S. companies. The fund primarily invests in large and medium-capitalization U.S. companies. The fund applies a sector-neutral investment approach and diversifies investments across industrial sectors to help limit market volatility. The fund offers dividends and capital gains, if any, quarterly.
