Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus any investment borrowings, in common stocks of science and technology companies as determined by portfolio management, including firms benefiting from or applying scientific or technological developments. It concentrates in industries constituting the technology sector and may shift emphasis among industries and companies within the sector. It may invest in companies of any size, including IPOs, and primarily holds U.S. stocks but may invest up to 35% of net assets in foreign securities, including emerging markets. Up to 20% of total assets may be in debt securities. Security selection combines bottom-up research, growth orientation, and top-down analysis, with quantitative tools and consideration of financially material ESG factors. The fund may use derivatives, including options, and may lend securities up to one-third of total assets.
