Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, along with any borrowed funds for investment purposes, in equity securities of large companies as defined by the market capitalization range of the Russell 1000?? Index. It focuses on U.S. companies that pay dividends and seeks those with potential for capital appreciation. Investments include common and preferred stocks, equity interests in trusts, partnerships, and similar entities, as well as convertible instruments. The fund may allocate up to 20% of its net assets to foreign companies, including emerging markets and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). The management team may also consider environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors in its investment decisions.
