Fund Description

The fund was incepted in September 1992 and is managed by Columbia Wanger Asset Management, L.P. The fund seeks to provide long-term growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in stocks of non-U.S. small and medium sized companies. The fund generally invests in the stocks of companies based outside the U.S. with market capitalizations of less than $5 billion at the time of purchase. Dividends are distributed semi annually and capital gains annually.
