Fund Description
The fund was incepted in October 1991 and is managed by Lazard Asset Management LLC. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in equity securities, principally common stocks, of relatively large non-U.S. companies with market capitalizations in the range of companies included in the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI(r)) Europe, Australasia and Far East (EAFE(r)) Index that Adviser believes are undervalued based on their earnings, cash flow or asset values. Under normal circumstances, the fund also invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities. The fund pays dividends and capital gains annually.
