Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 1993 and is managed by Lazard Asset Management LLC. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The portfolio invests primarily in equity securities, principally common stocks, of relatively small non-U.S. companies that the Investment Manager believes are undervalued based on their earnings, cash flow or asset values. Under normal conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of small cap companies. The fund pays dividends and capital gains annually.
