Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, including borrowings for investment purposes, in common and preferred stocks of companies located in Asia ex Japan that are considered innovators in products, services, processes, business models, management, technology use, or market approach, and may invest in depositary receipts. "Located" is based on whether an issuer has substantial ties to a country or region, using criteria that may include where it is organized or headquartered, where its revenues, profits, or assets are located, and where its securities primarily trade, among other factors. It seeks companies capable of sustainable growth, may invest across sectors and company sizes, may have high turnover, must invest at least 25% in firms deriving over 50% of revenues from science- and technology-related industries and services, and may use affiliated or unaffiliated ETFs for cash equitization.
