Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the common stocks of large- and medium-sized blue chip growth companies, which the subadvisers view as well-established in their industries and having the potential for above-average earnings growth. It is managed by two subadvisers, each responsible for a portion of the portfolio. It may also invest in preferred stocks, convertibles, rights, and warrants. Most assets are in U.S. companies, with up to 20% in foreign securities and ADRs, including emerging markets. It may have significant sector exposure, hold cash or cash equivalents, and is non-diversified.
